About Wendy

Wendy Perez has been in the Travel Industry for 31 years.

Wendy Perez (nee Richardson) grew up in Haddon Township from the age of two when she was adopted by the Richardson’s. She attended Strawbridge School. Wendy graduated from Haddon Township High School in 1989. Wendy attended Harcum College where she earned an Associate's Degree in Science where she studied Travel and Tourism. Wendy jumped right into the travel business starting her career at HTI in Philadelphia as a ticket consolidator for several years then moved to a small Mom and Pop travel agency in Mt. Laurel, NJ. She joined American Express Travel Services in Mt. Laurel, NJ in 1997 and worked as a Travel Counselor for 4 years and received many accolades. She moved roles to NFI as their Travel Coordinator for 5 years. Wendy returned to American Express Travel Services in 2006. Her role is an Online Travel Specialist and supports a Global Account. In total, Wendy has been with American Express for 18 years.

Wendy started assisting with her Haddon Township Class of 1989 school reunions in 2014. Wendy is now the Class Representative. She joined the Haddon Township Alumni Association in 2019.

Wendy enjoys spending time with her two children. She loves to exercise and is into walking, yoga and Pilates. Wendy is a dog lover and loves spending time with her two beagles, Yoshi and Skye that she rescued.
